In a recent Instagram poll, we asked you all if you understood how our new loyalty programme works... 67% of you said 'no'... then we realised we'd failed to say much about it... whoops!
Our new loyalty programme works on a points system and is automatically setup for anyone that has an account with us. You'll earn a point each time you purchase one of our coffee tins and this includes any tins purchased via a subscription (like our members club).
Once you've earned 10 points, we'll automatically issue you with a loyalty token. Loyalty tokens allow you to grab a free tin of coffee and the choice of coffee is all yours, we'll even cover shipping (including internationally). If you're feeling particularly generous, you can gift your loyalty token to a friend. It's a great way to let them know how much you value their friendship.
It's worth noting that from time to time, we may release a coffee that can't be exchanged for a loyalty token. The only reason we'd do this is if a coffee is particularly expensive, or a limited edition.
If you already have an account with us, you can view your current loyalty point balance by viewing your account page. Your balance is displayed just underneath your name, on the top-right of the page.
